Best Western Fort Washington Inn, Fort Washington

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were 100% smoke-free, they felt very insanitary and uncomfortable, like a room that was previously a smoking room. Despite being promised a discount, I was charged the full rate for 3 nights at the suite price, which was disappointing.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not up to par as they smelt AWFUL like cigarette smoke, had trash in them, but the manager did offer a discounted rate for the inconvenience. On the bright side, the rooms were equally charming. The service was lacking with multiple instances of negligence, including a long wait for attention and dealing with a noisy alarm. The location was convenient outside Philadelphia with easy access to major highways. The dining experience was satisfactory with good service and enjoyable breakfast. Despite the issues, the hotel offers a reasonably good value for money.

The service was superb, with helpful and friendly staff always ready to assist. The location was convenient for traveling, although a bit small and crowded. The dining options were minimal but adequate for a quick meal.
